WHEN INCORPORATING STRENGTH & CONDITIONING WITH PROPER EATING IT WILL INCREASE THE ATHLETES STRENGTH, SPEED, AGILITY, JUMPING ABILITIES, POWER, EXPLOSIVENESS AND SELF-CONFIDENCE. WHICH THEN LEADS TO OUR GOAL A CONFIDENT AND SELF-MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL.

 

IT HAS BEEN PROVEN WHEN KIDS EXERCISE AND WORKOUT IT MAKES THEM FEEL STRONGER AND CONFIDENT LEADING TO ANTI-BULLYING. 

 

 

OUR PROGRAM WILL INCLUDE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAMS THAT WILL BE DESIGNED AND ADDRESSED TO EACH AGE GROUP ACCORDINGLY.

  • THROWING WEIGHTED MEDICINE BALLS

  • SPEED INCREASING EXERCISES
